Refunds and cancelling

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your website membership at any time. To cancel, use Manage billing in your account. If you can't get in, email hello@project0430.com and we'll help. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, you won't be charged again.

No partial refunds

When you cancel, we don't refund the rest of that billing period. You keep access through the end of it instead.

Charged by mistake?

If we charged you in error, such as a double charge or a charge after you cancelled, we'll refund it. Email hello@project0430.com within 14 days of the charge.

Bought in the iPhone app?

Apple handles purchases made in the iPhone app, so refunds for them go through Apple's process, not ours. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Dawn

Dawn is free, so there's nothing to refund.
